Yea.... Might as well just gave her half your stuff at the jump and let her leave if you are going in saying its a contract incase the relationship fails....
Happy to say I just hit 2 years married with my wife back in December. Even better is that she is my first and only. It's sad more people can't know great it is to love someone so exclusively.
Of Course not since the end of the second world war the communists have been following the Franklin school of thought to destroy society and they have succeeded beautifully.
Marriage seems great, until your wife decides she wants the hunky barrista at the Target Starbucks. She gets caught in the act (you know which one) and says she loves him now. She fights for full custody of your kids and gets it because you work two jobs to pay for everything and are rarely home. Now you pay for a house she now shares with her new boyfriend. You pay for kids you never get to see because she told the judge you're abusive. But hey atleast you get to sleep in your car every night because you can't afford a home and a tiny apartment at the same time. Ain't marriage great...FOR WOMEN!
Marriage, when undertaken by two people who are actually compatible, is incredible. My second anniversary is this summer. We have a sweet baby son, a home we love, and life is beautiful even through any difficulties thrown in our way. I wish people in my generation and younger realized that it’s not about the wedding day, or any of the other superficial things attached to marriage. It’s about connecting with someone on the level of your soul, vowing before God to forsake all others, and spending life loving them. I can’t think of anything better.
Marriages made in haste and/or because sparks fly, seem to be more common nowadays. And that doesn't always last and sets a bad example of how to be married. The person who you choose to marry, should be treated as the most important decision in life. Just like an important job position at a company, ideally you need to interview lots of candidates, before you offer the position to someone.
I'm not signing no fucking contract that somebody else financially incentivized to break. Get the fucking government out of there and make it a contract between me my wife and God and then we can talk but until then, I'm not signing some contract that allows a bunch of fucking government officials to regulate my relationship with absolutely no benefit to me.
Men are not marring hoes.
