The Coast Guard rescued a mariner from 20-foot seas off the coast of Oregon Friday morning right before the 35-foot yacht capsized. Then things got extremely weird.

That’s not all! Why was he on the run? Those warrants aren’t searchable they’re alert if arrested. Why was he being chased?

None of the behavior described in the article seems to indicate a man on the run. From the sounds of it. It seems like a petty criminal whose a little mentally unstable doing random shit with a motivation only known to him.
