I noticed it right away as well. It is a mask. Maxine Waters head shrank considerably the last time I saw her. She was played by a white woman at the first Bidan SOTU. So many are not real. That has to ripple to mean a lot are not real or they are controlled. Bidan is not in the WH. It has been mostly dark since Jan 20, 2021. The same for the executive building. All of the WH video has either been from Culver Studios in CA or a studio in the DC area. The exception was the Christmas music performers. But I think it was only the performers.
