I see Gates as someone who hasn't figured out his own mortality yet, he thinks he can take it with him. Instead of trying to help others, in a positive way, hes in it for himself. Once he passes, he will only be known for creating microsoft, a foot note in history, from the late twentieth century. Hes got all this money and yet he doesn't know how to use it properly. He just trying to make a bigger pile, sounds draconic to me.

Gates knows what he is maybe more so than you do. Make no mistake, he simply agreed to his end of the deal.
The more they make, the greedier they are. I would rather live a simple life and be able to go somewhere nice later.
