The owners are Russian. This is a Russian owned mercenary group. The modern templars wouldn’t be too far off.

Look what politicians have done to their respective militaries WORLDWIDE? As one Musician said the other day. ‘I am a WARRIOR’. I PROTECT civilians from the enemy. There are not many militaries in the WEST protecting their citizens atm.
