You need something antibiotic for that, try the oregano oil. It’s helped me twice this winter with both a sinus infection and an inner ear infection. Oregano oil straight is very VERY hot and most be diluted 1:1 in another plain oil like olive oil in order to ingest safely, otherwise you might choke. I found a good product at Whole Foods (and also got it on Amazon too, wanted a second bottle to keep at work) called “Garden of Life mykind Organics Oregano Oil Drops Seasonal Immune Support”. Works great for infections. Put 6 drops in a glass of water and chug it down. That product is already diluted in olive oil for you so you just use as is. Only if you get your hands on pure Oregano Essential oil would you need to dilute for safety. Another fantastic product that is a must have for ear infections - Herb Pharm Mullein Garlic Herbal Oil. It is good for kids and pets too. Got that one one Amazon too (and seen at Whole Foods as well). I love reading the reviews. A few of my friends use it too. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the information. I have a cocker spaniel with chronic ear infections. Do you instill the garlic oil in the ear or is, it encapsulated and the dog swallows it?
Most sinus infections are fungal and originate in the sinus cavity. Try Ion sinus spray, it’s natural and not a steroid and you don’t need to take it long term. It heals the sinuses. You can get it on iherb.com or Amazon, some health food stores have it.
You can also try food grade H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) in a nebulizer or humidifier. I usually boil mine with distilled water over the stove then breathe in the steam deeply - heals sinus infections overnight. If really bad, I put a few drops in my Neti pot.
I had a sinus infection recently, and seeing that my last tube of ivermectin was about to expire, I took some to see if it would help.
It didn't.
So it doesn't work for everything. But it DOES work for a lot of OTHER things, and should be more easily available.
Yes, I've since gotten some more IVM.

It’s drops you put in the ear.
Thank you for your response.

Wow, Ion looks expensive as hell--32 dollars for two bottles.
But if it works, I can't be too mad. Thank you for the suggestion.
