I read both of your posts. What is the source of this statement? 'Labor capital is untaxable as "income" per Constitutional Law because it was paid in exchange for labor performed 1. not on Federal lands, 2. not from Federal job, and 3. not from job on Excise tax list.'
It comes from the Constitution and SCOTUS case law previously, but now the source is the IRS, themselves, as they have confirmed its Constitutionality and made it legal precedent through their unconditional surrender to my demands. It just delays their demise, but does not stop it.
You may review the Brian Swanson video for the 6 key supporting SCOTUS cases if you wish. Apparently, the IRS did not want to fight it out in court once I gave them the list of cases.
