And we can certainly see that people who don't take responsibility for their actions run around destroying property, usually by fire, and taking lives when they are too close to the property they are destroying. So far, as I know, no one is making them take responsibility for their actions. I agree totally with you!! I may not have said the first part totally correct, hope you got my meaning.
