TDLR: It is a fake contract, and sheeple being tricked without recourse in Contractual Law.
In order for a contract to be valid where the supplier takes on liability, there has to be an "exchange" where the someone pays for the good offered by the supplier.

Yes. And I wish it was insta-proof and redress, but it takes time to work through courts, and cabal counting on this time to destroy all evidence with a WW3, imo.
