In order for a contract to be valid where the supplier takes on liability, there has to be an "exchange" where the someone pays for the good offered by the supplier.
Yes. One could argue that these are also “info traps” to capture data of users. Minor difference in using a service (outside the body) versus using a deliverable product that is put into the body under false pretenses.
Clearly they trying to converge the two by putting stuff in your body that runs a “service” of some sort (like crypto mining algo?) with your “consent”.
I think cabal allowing competing “info traps” because they are either constrained or they think they can take them over or destroy them later.
