The FREE Vaccine is a "noncontract" CONTRACT offer. Someone is offering to give you something they claim does something, but they are under no obligation to actually deliver results because you did not "pay" for it. TDLR: It is a fake contract, and sheeple being tricked without recourse in Contractual Law.

In order for a contract to be valid where the supplier takes on liability, there has to be an "exchange" where the someone pays for the good offered by the supplier.
