Why has the CDC been lying about this for the last two years and insisting that the mRNA “stays in the arm?”

I am pretty sure, officially under OWS, that was the technology that was supposed to be used. However, it will come to light (officially) that the pharmas and Fauci etc subverted the OWS and they suppressed it all at all levels, so Trump had no way of knowing (officially).
