Why has the CDC been lying about this for the last two years and insisting that the mRNA “stays in the arm?”

This information was what I was presented with (by a Dr) as “it’s safe, they’ve used it to treat cancer for 50 years” when I questioned the safety in the beginning. This staying in the arm BS is just fairytales and unicorn farts.
