I'm not so sure. The poor are, by nature, less able to take care of their health so are always more at risk from any health threat. Would be interesting to compare the relative elevation of risk of being poor in being vaccinated vs any other health threat, e.g., smoking, alcohol consumption, flu before 2020, etc.
