I would love to find one in SW Ohio. One thing that concerns me is that so many of them have to sell supplements in order to stay afloat. Whether or not there is value in the supplements I'd rather choose my own and not be locked into their program. I know what works for me.

No supplements they may sell are forced sold with this one. They do have but has not figured in yet. And you can always source yourself. What is amazing they quickly found out docs have misdiagnosed my wife and mistreated her for years!! And they actually thought to exam for her for various food sensitivities. Here is their website. She did recommend a supplement for one of her conditions which we sourced ourselves.
