They'll throw him into a women's jail and he might survive. I think that was the plan, to avoid getting beating to death in a men's prison. However, the big-brain move here would be to identify as a minor and get thrown into juvenile detention or not get charged with anything at all. I assume none of them read this forum so I'm not actually giving them ideas here.
