I live here. Hearing same thing about engineer called it in miles out and they said ignor it and keep going. It's bad. That said, the epa folks and national guard going around taking measurements in the streams and air are not wear hazmats or respirators. If they were, and telling us all don't worry, yeah right.
Hmmm the NS employee told us this happens daily. It is standard protocol to not stop. It has happened for years. This time it had a tragic consequences. Look it up. The railyard they were trying to get to is not from there in PA. They thought they would make it.
I am done trying to inform you from a first hand witness fighting this and a NS employee.
