I'm no expert, but it looks like in the "after" pic his head is tilted quite a ways forward (if you assume his sun glasses are across the bridge of his nose), which would skew the lines you've drawn.
Yeah, but in the right picture..you can see the top left part the "P" tattoo. Can you seriously say that you could see that same top left corner of the "P" in the zoomed up picture if you're viewing it from the same angle as that right photo? No way. The very top left of that P is halfway up behind his ear in the zoomed photo.
