I have been lurking Pittsburgh discussion forums. People who live there or blocks from the actual disaster location are reporting no major immediate issues. None of their pets dying etc and are downplaying everything. Crying conspiracy theorists are exacerbating the news. So I’m going to not gaf and just see what happens.
As far as I can tell blowing up the tanks should not have happened, is there any validity to that being any form of proper procedure? Because if not, to me this is definitively an attack on the U.s. and its people and not negligence.

Question!
