Snake eating itself. Is that the Oroboros?

On a side note, is she pregnant, or just gotten fat? Not that it matters much. Never liked her crap. Don't really follow any mainstream music artists any more. About the only relevant one I follow is Tom MacDonald.

Edit: What's dangling on her ears? The symbolism on her body isn't just the pins on her wardrobe.
