Agreed. The 1/1000 numbers are probably due to mistakes or bad luck (having the injection needle hit a vein or artery, as one example).
Keep in mind, the injections are designed to kill slowly. Organ failure from micro clots takes 2 or 3 years to be fatal, as one example. Cancers and other illnesses also take some time.
It will supposedly be a few years before we start to see the true depopulation numbers, whatever they turn out to be.
