People do, but it pretty dangerous, given the extreme temperatures. Whatever. I am not really interested. There are bigger fish to fry ATM.

Also google Earth works just fine, but lots of snow, but one can make out snowdrifts. What did you expect to see?

Ok, I was aware that these images are built up from lots of images, and are enhanced, but as I said before, in Antarctica there is lots of snow. what did you expect to see? Buildings?
