Um-mm, I heard the Ohio River is a big source of the area's water supply. I don't know how that level of toxicity can be filtered out. This is a regional ELE, IMO, including Chernobylized air, soil, water, crops, animals, people.
Do we know who did this yet?

I have heard that regions not along the Ohio River in the region get their water from underground aquifers predominantly which flow from, it seems, the northwest or such. I think these kinds of details need to be made clear to help people to have more confidence in information instead of simply likely not trusting anything since things may be overstated.
