Yeah they do happen, but most are benign, like spilling salt on a table or spilling Cow/Pig blood, or at worst, Gasoline or some other flammable Petroleum Product....

On the Highway, when a Bearing is burning for anything more than a Mile, the Owner usually sees it and stops, or a Truckers is told about it, and Stops, but nope, not the Rail Road, they fully knew about it for over twenty miles and were told to just keep going, with multiple Chems, that only make very dangerous poisons when burned....
Think, add the connections between Dots, don't FEEL, analyze, and use Common Sense....
