Suspect has been described as a short black male wearing a face mask.
Could be wrong, but there's probably no bombs. They probably just called in and said that to slow down the progress in finding them. The law enforcement will have to be extra cautious and will slow down when searching everything over. Typically when the perp calls in a says 'there's a bomb' it's not the case but rather to cause more panic/fear while giving the criminal more chance to escape.
