Yeah, every bad news I've heard or seen has been from people not from the area. I would go film something for you guys but I don't think there's anything interesting to see. If anything changes, I'll be back here to share.

Also, not trying to say nothing shady is going on either. They weren't exactly transparent about any of it and there really are people in that town that are scared and don't know what's going on. I did hear there was doorbell cameras about 10 miles away that captured the glowing hot bearing on the train a few minutes before the derailment.
