Norfolk Southern
Norfolk Southern only transports the cargo FOR others. Like trucking companies, UPS, USPS...WHO is the owner of the cargo? Not sure how to access a Bill of Lading with Norfolk to identify the shipper via the transport carrier.
Why do you believe that the owner is important in this situation?
Would it be suspicious if this large container of chemicals was purchased by a gov agency? Would it be sus if this was a "1st time purchase" order/shipment to or from a certain company? Who owns the company? What ties have they with politicians, terrorist groups, DS, CC, Biden, etc?
I don't see why anyone would go to the trouble of purchasing a large container of chemicals in order to perform some illegal act with it.
It's not like there is some shortage of huge tankers of toxic chemicals criss crossing the country every day to choose from.
Ok, so let's look at shipping yards they may have come into from overseas. I know Detyens shipyard is one in the Southeast. CHARLESTON SC. Other than that. You have ports in TX, Savannah GA, Virgina. Where else?
