So apparently, The US Total Fertility rate (Not the Birth rate, but Total Fertility Rate, which takes into account deaths, women having their second, third, etc. Child and at what age, etc. Don't ask me how this is calculated since I don't understand the convoluted formula used to determine it), has increased by a little over 1% annually since 2019.
I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but it seems to be rather steady, and if it continues holding up like this, then we'll reach replacement value in the United states within the next 24 years. I know that seems like a long time, but when you consider places like Japan have been trying, and failing, to reverse birthrate decline for going on 70 years now, that's actually a reasonable amount of time.
Though, combine this with a future booming economy thanks to Trump coming back, implementation of Hungary style birth and family incentives (which Trump has talked about doing before and even invited the Prime Minister of Hungary to talk at GOP conventions to discuss his success with such policies), as well as the current religious revival going on (which I personally credit this miracle to since I fully believe God is saving our nation from itself), and it's entirely likely that we can cut that 24 year figure in half or thirds.
So with a little bit of controlled LEGAL immigration, which is normal for the US, and we can not only maintain our population, but even continue to grow it without third world importation.
Just something I came across while doing my normal autistic news searching for anything mildly interesting, or comm-ish. Figured I'd share this bit of good news with all my fellow pedes so we can have a bit of legit hopium to look forward too.
I mean, from what I've been able to tell, it's a combination of whites and "hispanics" driving it up, the black population is decreasing in most states. But to be honest, "hispanic" is fake term anyway created to do nothing but fragment the white demographic on official reports in order to demoralize people.
I'll try to not go on my usual rant when asked on the topic, but the short version is, until, I believe the 70s, there was no hispanic demographic, because hispanics aren't a race. They're a culture. They were counted towards the white or black demographic, based on their skin tone and origin. Which is the proper way to do it
"HIspanics" are mostly European, with a few of African origin. Basically, they're just like Americans, except instead of having their main origin be the UK and Germany, their main origin is Spain.
Are Spanish people white? Yes. Ergo, most "hispanics" are also white. With a small portion being black or "mestizo" due to their origin from Spanish slaves, or enslaved Latin American Indians.
That's the short version since I don't want to rant like usual, but it's all an inane argument anyway. Hispanics have been turning to the conservative side of things for decades. The GOP gains more and more support literally every election. In the last couple of elections, the Rio Grande Valley of Texas turned red in some areas and in other major areas was within a few points of being red.
Likewise, "hispanics" in Florida basically turned the state from a swing state to a solid red state. Several Large Florida counties and cities have turned red at the local level in recent years.
The biggest win has been Miami. Let that sink in. Miami has turned red on the local level, thanks to "hispanics" turning conservative en masse. For the record, Miami is the single largest "hispanic majority" city in the United States.
The problem isn't "hispanics", it's illegals. And even then, most of the time it isn't even them actually voting. They're just warm bodies for the left to register illegally and call upon when they need the votes. The illegals rarely actually vote themselves.
I'm not saying we should just allow all illegals to come here. We DO need to stop this and do something about it, but most of these people do just legitimately want a better life and that's all they care about.
That's why Trump's remain in Mexico policy was so popular and successful with them. They could willingly be deported, stay in a border city in Mexico for a few months, and then get a legal green card so long as they had a clean record and no longer have to deal with all the hassles. Then they could legally work a few months while sending money back home, and then come back when the off season started, which allowed them to live an upper middle class lifestyle in their home country.
Basically, Trump let Hispanics legally work here and treat their American seasonal jobs like how we treat oil field or gas field jobs. Work a few months, get a few months off. Send money back home, and then because USD is worth more than basically every currency used in Latin America, they were able to make it go further and live a higher quality lifestyle. It wasn't perfect, but it was a pretty good compromise. Get the illegals out, retain cheap labor, and the "hispanics" get a higher quality life in their home country with their family.
The people who hated the policy were the same ones now trafficking children and drugs on the open border. People we wouldn't want here no matter what their nationality and who'd never get a visa now matter what they do.
Anyway, "hispanics" aren't real, and Trump is master at playing the mexicans. But what else is new? Haha
