It wasn’t required for wsop. It was required to get into the USA to play the tournament. It prolly at one time was required to play during the height of the pandemic frenzy though

Yep non citizens still require jabs to enter usa "legally" He could have just flown to Mexico and walked across if he wanted to come so bad.
