Dietician here. Probably cancer from being malnourished and a weakened immune system. Veggies do have anti nutrients like phytates, lectins, oxalates, tannins, etc. Humans evolved to be meat heavy omnivores.

Im not sure entirely. I think the ones I consume are generally okay since I researched them before.
Avocados, berries, peppers, celery, lettuce, broccoli (has some, but also has DIMM/I3C so I think its okay).
I eat low carb so that has an influence as well.
