I think I agree. Maybe the leftists weren't the majority of dems at one time. Like JFK wasn't. But they are now. The repubs have the same problem with Rinos. It's a fight to weed them out before they gain control.
I'm pretty sure that demonrats were president for the start of ww1, ww2, korea, vietnam and were the assassins of Lincoln, JFK, RFK, MLK. Add in the civil war, slavery, segregation, jim crow laws and dems do have a perfect track record.
Nope look back at Occupy Wall street. The leftists were the party against the War of Terror and organizing to take on the ruling class. That's when all the corporations decided to push identity politics on the left and they all turned on each other. The republicans were pushing for the patriot act and a decrease in freedoms to "fight terrorism" - just as phony as the covid narrative is now.
