Even I had some heart issues after all this. I gained some wait and was obviously sedentary during the pandemic because in Canada we weren't even allowed in a coffee shop, let alone a gym. Basically lived at home for over a year. Tried to return to the gym but my heart rate wasn't going down after exercise. It was determined I was okay, but just very out of shape. I aged 5 years at least during covid, and who knows how all this shit will affect my life and body over the remainder of my life.

Seriously, did they not think through the effect of making millions of people stay home for several years, and how this might make them sick and die in 30-40 years? Fucking monsters.
