Is it just me or is "Died Suddenly" being replaced with "battle with a short illness"? 🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬

Last 3 obits I've seen have had variations of "short illness" or "sudden illness" as they try to de-amplify "died suddenly."

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, I've definitely seen that in obituaries recently. I'm always checking them to see if things like that are mentioned or if there are young people who have "died suddenly." Upticks in both.
