we should make the case that since people who live in washington DC, who are supposedly 90% black, don't get representation, they ought to at least not have to pay federal income taxes.

the actual revenue collected by IRS is a rounding error on a federal budget,

but the money that the people of Washington could save by NOT paying taxes, would be a substantial improvement to their life.

and its not even a hand-out. its more like keeping more of what they earn.

it would be an easy idea to sell.

frame it like, we can't give you slave reparations, but we can give you some IRS tax relief.

also, we need to amend the 16th amendment, to forbid taxing incomes of citizens and people.

this greedy government wants more tax, than even the church asks in tithe!
