I'm reading about berberine OTC --- lowers blood sugar.

Long covid and the vax can cause high blood sugar (like type 2 diabetes).

I just looked up what Stevia does...it alright for some but for people taking any type of drugs for the mind like lithium OTC...NOT GOOD...
