Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

Don't take statins. Never take statins. Useless crap. Yes, they lower cholesterol but they don't reduce cardio vascular risk and increase other kind of risks. Net zero or negative effect.
Focus on reducing inflammation. Cholesterol will normalize if inflammation is down. The #1 cause of cardiovascular disease is insulin resistance aka pre-diabetus. Eat low carbs, ditch seed oils (canola, sunflower etc.) in cooking and in any food (most processed food is loaded with that crap). Eat lots of meat, eggs, low carbs, high fat, no sugar, no processed food. Ideally some resistance training (lifting weights). This will do wonder to reverse your insulin resistance, thus reducing inflammation, thus improving your cardio health.
These data are vital and should be shouted from rooftops. Serious. This is the most important stuff to know.
Extra data: Take CoQ10 for heart health and find an Integrative Medecine doctor who will look at your general health. A very effective way to reduce inflammation when you don't know where it comes from is Solgar Full Spectrum Curcumin https://www.iherb.com/pr/solgar-full-spectrum-curcumin-60-liquid-extract-softgels/64247 - this thing is very effective, I have used it successfully to reverse diabetus type 2 in my family.
Ideally, go Carnivore - see https://carnivore.diet/
