Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

My cholesterol is > 200 and has always been, high LDL. I have high lp(a) too, which is an independent risk factor. I have it all. My Calcium score is zero, nada. Nothing - no plaque. Echo stress test of the heart: perfect. Ultrasound of the artery in the leg: perfect. I am in my 50s. Cholesterol is NOT the issue.
Ditch the carbs and the oils, go carnivore, you will lose extra weight, gain vitality, improve insulin sensitivity. Your focus should be INSULIN SENSITIVITY.
