Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

Well that’s the thing. In my job Im on the move constantly. I’m very physical. So much that it’s to much. Hard labor for decades tends to do that. Problem is anytime I’m in pain they either blame my job, and say “yeeeep, that’ll do it” or, they blame my thyroid. But yea that statin was like poison. Terrible. I have heard of the positives of ginger. 👍
