Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

Drink tea or supplement hawthorn. Get more tomato in your diet. Drink Tomato juice but watch for high sodium(sea salt is better). Magnesium supplements are great for vasodilation, they have different varieties. Research them. Or eat more food high in Mag. Cayenne pepper is great to open those blood vessels with food or a spicy tea. Have all of these in your arsenal at home. Monitor your BP and keep logs and find patterns with food/supplements. Sleep is important for recovery. Consider popping ibuprofen on really bad days as alternative to aspirin. Exercise can keep levels at lower resting values.
More advanced long term strategy might be a body cleanse.
