On the positive side, most of the money went to the pockets of the Dems, and no Ukrainian pilot was rendered deadlier than before.
(As for whether its related to the Alabama crash - I doubt it)
Those funds should be reappropriated back to our own pilots if they’re missing balloons with sidewinders…
If those pilots got vaxxed, and would happily pull the trigger if asked to shoot a missile at some patriot's ranch or something, we would all be happy that he did not get adequate training.
