pretty sure the site is been going around but is old . https://wikileaks.org/ this is the wikileaks site , I might question the one you linked having the files.wiki

With the dot files in front of wiki I believe would make it another domain with could mean its not connected to wikileaks and is someone trying to make it look like it is
