“Because no homes were damaged/destroyed”. Yeah, that’s bullshit! They granted a declared emergency and FEMA funds to California just because it rained a couple of weeks ago! Maybe a couple of houses slid down a hillside that never should have been built there in the first place but no homes were destroyed on a widespread scale!
