Whatever. If I pay taxes for 100 properties I "own" and one of them is in this disaster area, this twitter post claims they can pick me up from wherever I am and transport me to a smart city against my will.

I don't think that's how it will play out, although as I said in another comment, I could see them offering free relocation to one of these smart shitties.
