50 years ago I would have agreed with you, but I believe this is a spiritual war now. Showing the unrepentant sinners of Sodom and Gomorrah the sins of their leaders will not turn them back to God. Only when it rains fire and sulfur from the sky and destroys them will the others find the impetus to change.
I hope I am wrong, but I haven't seen enough to suggest the World is getting more moral or just.

It is spiritual. But I disagree about people turning to Christ. There are still a lot people who are not too far gone, there is still hope for them.
There is hope for all….however, Christ’s return is very much like musical chairs. When that music stops you better have a chair or Hell it is.
