Hey...thanks for posting this...I personally take 10,000 IU Vitamin D per day. There is a lot that goes into the amount people should take and I encourage people to get their blood tested for Vitamin D levels so you can accurately assess how much to take. There is a condition where people do not adequately absorb D from the sun so you wouldn't know that unless you test. You should be above 50 and could go higher with no problem...and that is a recommended maintenance protocol. When I first tested I was at 26...now I am at 57 and feel 1000% better.
I also take Life Extension Super K which has 2600 mcg. of K activity and includes 2 forms of K2 plus K1. It is a good product. Between these two supplements...lots of positive benefits...K should always be taken when you take Vitamin D.
Taurine (amino acid) is a new supplement for me to hear about taking...I take NAC (amino acid) and LOVE it, but I was not aware of any benefits of taking Taurine and I am surprised that is included in the top 3 supplements to take for vaccine injury. I would love to hear any anecdotal info on this supplement. I am not a fan of Robert Malone but this seems to be solid information...hopefully peope will benefit from this info...I will do more research into Taurine...glad that suggested doses were included...
I am of the thinking presently that for supplemental vitamin D to get absorbed on much have some fat content in digestive tract also. IOW, take it after eating fat. And also that zinc is important because zinc helps by cracking the vitamins actually absorb into the cell membrane. Is this your belief as well?
Well, there are a few issues here...yes vitamins A,D, K and E are all fat soluble vitamins and should be taken with some real fat, but I wouldn't go to any great extremes with the fat. I just always take my vitamins with food and if I am having coffee, I always put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my coffee and use cream. And I always use butter. But, yes, always take fat soluble vitamins with some fat.
As far as zinc, you need to take either quercetin or green tea with zinc. Picture that zinc is a bullet and the quercetin or green tea is the gun, so you need both in order to get the zinc through the cell membrane and into the cell. I take both daily. Do not take over 50 mg. of zinc unless you add some copper to it. I like Now L-Optizinc, which is a form of zinc complexed with the amino acid methionine, which contains 30 mg. zinc with 3 mg. copper. I like that a lot.
For cellular protection, you can't go wrong with NAC...that is one of the best supplements I started taking as a result of all this covid mess...take the time to look up the benefits of that supplement...it is worth its' weight in gold...the benefits are too many to list here. Be sure to take NAC on an empty stomach, either first thing in the morning a half hour before you eat anything or at night, two hours after you eat. Again, I like the Now NAC 1000mg.
Yeah...we all had covid and I just kept taking some of the supplements and I have not been sick since...but I can tell that I sometimes react to shedding. I have been taking ivermectin twice a week or daily if I am around vaxxed people for an extended period of time.
Hope your family is well and you are weathering all this...BTW be sure to watch that video "Vaccine Shedding is Real"...it is a wealth of information. Evidently none of us are actually pure bloods, even if we did not get the vax. Like the lady in the video, I can tell when something different happens to my body because I am pretty in tune with my body and know what is normal and what isn't. Life just seems to get more complex day by day...but we are lucky that we have supplements to antidote a lot of the bad stuff around us...
God bless you and yours...
I've been taking a 222mg 99% Fenbendazole capsule daily for awhile. Don't have any diagnosed cancer of anything, but just taking it prophylactic. I take it sometimes at bedtime, and sometime when I eat/think about it. Best with food or empty stomach?
Also take daily "one" capsule: (Serving size 2 capsules) Label says:
Quercetin - 1000 mg
D3 - 5000 IU
C - 1000mg
Zinc - 50mg
Elderberry - 1000mg
350mg Q-Defend (not sure what this is)
As mentioned above, serving size is 2 caps, therefore half the above dosages.
I also take a dose of Ivermectin ever couple of weeks.
I have some NAC but never read up on it enough to know what it does.
As far as none of us being true purebloods, I think that while anyone that had Covid might have been exposed to the spike protein, but we do not have a spike protein make machine running in out bodies like the jabbed, rejabbed, and boosted jabbed do, in my opinion.
Thanks for your information. Sounds like you researched it well.
First of all...you have cancer cells...we all do..your body just keeps it in check and it not out of control.
Secondly whatever we share with the jabbed or people who have had covid...the jabbed are always going to have it worse. Don't forget there were many formulations of the jab...some died within weeks, some within months and some may live years with infirmity...all due to what they got in their shots.
Your formulation says 2, yet you take one...are you cheap or what...when you cut it in half it is OK doses but if you take 2 it looks a lot better. You are missing vitamin k...but I would not take a SuperK unless you were taking 10,000IU's. Have you had your D tested? If you get bloodwork annually just request it then.
I have never taken fenbendazole so I am not up to snuff on that. Do you feel better taking the fenben daily? Just curious. I always feel better taking IVM. Take your NAC...you won't regret it...
I just looked online and taurine is available in powder and capsules from most vitamin stores. I personally like the Now products a lot...they do in house testing of their raw materials AND their finished products and they are reasonably priced. Taurine appears to be fairly reasonably priced I have to go back in the article to see the recommended dose to take and see if the dose varies according to if you have been vaxxed or not. I have just not researched taurine enough to be knowledgeable about its' benefits for unvaxxed people. From everything I have read...we all deal with spike proteins and graphene oxide...to what degree is the issue...so maybe we need to pay more attention to that...

Found some info on Q-Defend Immune Blend:
Q-Defend™ Immune Blend (350mg), is of primary interest and comprises of Turmeric, Ginger, Echinacea, Garlic, Nettle, Reishi Mushroom, Rose Hips Powder, L-lysine HCl, Bromelain, Bifidobacterium lactis, Irish Sea Moss and Artemisinin.
Looks like a good blend but no D, K, zinc or quercetin. Hope you are taking a good multi....always foundational....
I'm looking for this taurine too. No luck yet.
I just did search on amazon and look like its widely available.
Sorry I was talking about something else

Yeah I was talking about something else. Ooops. I will probably try this taurine.
