Pretty wild, but very compelling.

So, how does shedding work? mRNA is a molecule in cells.
This took me awhile to find but I hope this helps a little. Karen Kingston is a go to for everything vax related...

You can deal with spike proteins. It's the mRNA that modifies you genetically, and the main concern.
Well the spike proteins do the damage in the cells...but there are things you can take to help neutralize them, I agree. Yes the mRNA is a concern but can the mRNA be transferred...when people shed what are they actually shedding?
Yes, spike proteins damage cells. However, proteins don't last forever, and healthy immune systems will deal them. It's my understanding that people shed spike proteins. The injections have to formulate the injectable mRNA into lipid nanoparticles to get them into cells.
It can go through skin on skin contact and possibly other ways.
How? mRNA is normally found within a cell.
