One uses your face picture. All of them ( at this point) require the participant to enroll and enter the info.

RAVE uses your phone number when you dial 911, calltakers get info that has been entered against that phone number in another window. Anyplace using RAVE can receive the info if the user is an area away from home.

The pic one is neat tech, but overreach for me. The municipality has to be using it, then the taxpayers enroll. It works if you are unconscious and still have most of your face.
