There is typically a lot of back end connectivity and testing that happens before roll out.
EMS users have to be built, devices that can handle the app have to be in use ( should just be a phone). A private network or encryption will have to be in place. Then whatever hardware and connections at the hospitals and the dispatch location. So, my experience is these implementations take a while.
And that's not even the sales pitch, contracting, and PO time.
