Hi frens, I have a friend that was dismissed from a large corporation in CT despite the fact she was working from home without on issue during COVID. She is looking for an attorney to help her but none will take case, they say it is not settled law yet so they can't do it. I've seen recommendations here for who to call for an attorney, but cant locate the posts. Also, they have to be licensed in CT. The corporation hired a DC lawyer which is interesting......

Just like we need more doctors to stand up. Just like we need more of our military to stand up by refusing the jabs. I wish more would but then I remember the masking rules (not laws) and how many willingly went along. Where I live very few people were willing to refuse to comply. We refusers had our own little network where we told each other where it was "safe" to disobey. In other words, no confrontations for those who just wanted to be left alone. There were a handful of refusers who were willing to face the abuse head on. Some seemingly enjoyed the confrontations and others like me had to give ourselves pep talks about standing strong before we entered buildings.
I guess my point is we mask refusers only risked being told to leave or having the police called even though no law was being broken. And yet very few people were willing to stand up to mask tyranny. It takes strong people to take a stand (or people like me who are weak but are willing to fake strength) and like with the American Revolution, very few are willing to take that stand publicly.
