Being skeptical is a good thing.

I'm simply pointing out that

Desantis doesnt engage in mudslinging. He's stronger than trump in this regard
Desantis did not bend to vaccines. Trump issued them on purpose and even after mass death would not back down from his position on this.

Death toll is a bigger red flag than who a person 'rubs elbows' with.

Guilt by association is not the same as actual laws passed.

Both Trump & Desantis passed similar laws regarding security and economics.
